Simple Recipe for Crepes

Pancakes little sister - Crepe!

I'd like to share a delicious and simple recipe for crepes!! And with just a hint of sweetness, there is no need for syrup!!

1 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. water
1/4 t. salt
2 T. butter, melted
1/2 - 1 t. cinnamon

Mix the first four ingredients until well blended. Gradually add the melted butter. Finish with as much cinnamon as desired.

Spray a hot skillet and pour about 1/3 c. of the batter while tilting the pan to spread out the batter - it will be about 8 to 10 inches in diameter.

When the top side looks dry, flip and cook the other side for about just a moment longer.

Spread with butter... or a strawberry jelly... maybe even some cream cheese...and if you are not calorie conscious, go ahead and add that syrup!!

You are in for a real treat... Enjoy!!
