Rice Pudding

I use a recipe like this but instead of the eggs, milk and sugar: I use sweetened condensed milk and put it in a double boiler for 1 hour.

I cook the rice, add the condensed milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger put in a double boiler for 1 hour or until it is thickened slightly.

I put part of the pudding in the bottom of a casserole dish add some fruit or pie filling in the middle and put the rest of the pudding on top. Garnish with some more fruit and cinnamon.

My family loves it.
