A Wonderful Recipe for Chocolate Chip Cookies

Here is - what I think is the best - recipe for chocolate chip cookies.

Chocolate chip cookies have to be amongst the most famous cookies ever - as well as the all time favorite of many. Maybe even you!

I promise that this chocolate chip cookie recipe will not disappoint you.

I was given this recipe at a cookie exchange party a few years back. They were a hit back then and they are still a hit now whenever I make them.

I do not make these cookies all that often as this chewy chocolate chip cookie recipe is a bit more work than others since you have to turn regular oats into flour - unless you can find oat flour in the store. Yet, the cookies have always come out perfect. This recipe for chocolate chip cookies is a no fail.

Note: Oat flour is now much easier to find at many grocery and health food stores. If you can find some it will make these easy chocolate chip cookies much easier for you to make. If you must make the flour yourself, you may be interested in knowing that I use a Kitchen Aid blender to perform this task.

No matter the added effort, this recipe is a winner in taste and texture. If you are a chocolate chip cookie lover, you must do yourself a favor and give this recipe a try. After you do, please come back to share your review. Your tips, tricks and comments are also welcome.
