This recipe for chicken alfredo is one of my family's favorite meals.

How could it not be?

Homemade pasta...

Homemade alfredo sauce...

Chicken cooked to perfection...

...And sometimes some broccoli florets to turn this meal into an chicken broccoli alfredo recipe. Will need to try it with mushrooms soon.

Do not worry, if you are pressed for time, this chicken alfredo recipe will also work well with some store bought pasta, chicken left-overs and alfredo sauce.

Maybe you could buy some yummy garlic bread, make a salad and you'd have yourself one awesome and easy home cooked meal.

Recipe for Chicken Alfredo: Ingredients


  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts - sauteed in some olive oil

  • Optional: 1 package frozen broccoli florets (or some fresh ones) - steamed

  • If you are using store bought sauce, you have the option to use:

  • Some fresh chopped parsley - about 1/4 cup

  • Some grated parmesan cheese






Chicken Alfredo Recipe: Method


Ready for the directions?

This is super easy...in a large pot, cook the pasta according to the package direction.

Note: I would suggest you put some olive oil and some sea salt in the water.

Drain the pasta.

Return the pasta to the pot with the rest of the ingredients.

Mix all the ingredients together and you are done!

Easy and so delicious!

But if you want an even better meal...make it all from scratch! It will become your family's favorite as well.
