Personally I like pancakes any day and any time of the day. I am just a pancake lover and I was not even raised around them. Sadly, the French do not make pancakes.

When pressed for time, it is so easy - and cheap - to whip a batch of homemade pancakes. I do that often...and the kids love it.

Homemade pancakes can be served with homemade pancake syrup, blueberry syrup, fresh fruits, whipped cream...you get the point...whatever YOU want.
