These easy pancakes do not take much preparation at all.

Place all the ingredients in a bowl - I like to use my stand mixer but a hand mixer or whisk will work as well - and mix until well blended.

The batter will be quite thick and if you do not like that you can add a little milk until the batter has a consistency you like better.

Cook until air bubbles come through and then flip to the other side until a nice golden brown.

Serve with butter and homemade syrup.
