Green Chili Chicken Enchiladas: MethodIn a large dish, mix the shredded chicken, the green chili sauce and the taco seasonings. In a greased 9x13 dish, spread a layer of shredded tortillas. Pour half of the shredded chicken mixture on top. Cover with another layer of shredded tortillas and the rest of the chicken mixture. In a small bowl, mix the refried beans and the sour cream. Spread over the last layer of shredded tortillas. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top of the beans.
