Easy Cake Recipes

You have just found some easy cake recipes!

First, I must be honest with you...cakes are not my favorites desserts...I am a cookies and pies kind of gal. But every so often, there are some cake recipes that are just wonderful and I'd like to share those favorite recipes with you.

Moreover, don't you think all cooks need a few dependable, delicious and easy cake recipes for birthdays, special events, potlucks...? Well...unless you use a birthday cake delivery! However sometimes...we just want a simple homemade cake.

I thought so and I agree with you. Whether you love cakes - or even if they are not your favorite "sweet-tooth-buster" - you need to have a few favorite cake recipes handy...just in case.

However, I am not a baker and neither am I an expert. None of these recipes are for gourmet cakes. Just simple and easy recipes. However, I have always been interested in taking classes.
