Dedication

This site is dedicated to my mother who was a wonderful cook. But first and most of all, she was my mom.

She passed away on January 14th, 2009 after a very long, very hard battle with cancer. She endured her battle with courage and dignity and she remained strong and loving to the very end.

Truly we are on this earth for such a short time...enjoy every moment.

I also want to thank my family - my husband and our children - who have supported and cheered me on in this endeavor...working on this site.

I could never do what I do every day if were not for them. Their love and support means everything to me.

Last, but not least, I want to thank the Lord Jesus Christ, for teaching me about unconditional love and giving me eternal life. Truly, He has given me the desires of my heart. I am so very blessed.
